The key statement is not that the brand was Bogner, but that you purchased something that fits well and you like at 60% off of retail.  Anything purchased at more than 50% off is a great deal, even if you just turn it around on eBay like Michael does.

In fact, Michael may be the 'most rewarded' shopper of all of us.  He buys and sells skis like Warren Buffett buys and sells companies.  Actually, after some consideration I think Buffett keeps his companies longer.   ;D
