Nothing is better than some great pre-Christmas skiing. I'm in SLC from the 6th to the 8th. What are your plans?

Micheal:? I'm there the 6th thru the 9th.? Are you skiing or working before going to Colorado?? I know you have some good friends there, but would love to tag along one day if you can.? But you have to be willing to ski at about 74% so I can keep up.? I'm a level 7 or so (green icon in Peter's icons) and ski blues and a few blacks.? And, like midwif said, I sometimes wind up on my bum.? Planning on staying at the "historic Ben Lomond" hotel in downtown Ogden, but will have a contingency in Sandy in case it is too historic. 1 day each from 4 of the following:

Snow Basin.? a favorite, and I really like Strawberry bowl (2500 feet of continuos vertical)
Powder Mountain.? at least one day, it doesn't feel like being at a ski resort.? The feel may change this year because they are putting in a high-speed quad in the Hidden Lake area, so it may be changing (just as Alta did about 5 years ago).
Deer Valley.? A sight seeing day, since I'm not in shape.? You can cruise around there all day and OOOOH and AAAAH at the houses.
Solitude.? Haven't skied there before.? Didn't like Brighton, but wanted to see what Solitude was like.
Alta.? I like the ambience/atmosphere of Alta.

Alternate for low snow.? Park City, since I think they cover more trails with man-made if necessary.
