another ankle excercise for you!? Yesterday we wre doing some plyo-cardio stuff, I had done this one before but never thought of it as an ankle foot excercise but it really is a killer
stand on treadmill standing sideways, turn it on to 2mph to start with- be careful!!!? you are going to stand in a ready postiion, hands in a ski position, knees sight bent looking forward legs spread shoulder width. the idea is to use your uphill foot (foot towards the top of the treadmill) to roll sideways -the foot will roll over to the LTE and as you crab your way sideways (forward) as your downhill foot pushes away rollingo and pushig with the BTE- the movement will look static. THe feet are moving with a very light hop at the same time (not shuffling) and the body does not move= both feet must roll and hop at the same time.? Try this for the first time for 30 seconds per side. Dont be suprised if you can't do 30 seconds!? I do minute intervals now each side 6 minutes non-stop, the transition from left ot right side is actuallt the tricky part?

? BE CAREFUL,? can guarentee if you do these correctly your feet ankles and muscles on the side of your shins will be sore
