Hmmm....not so much a co-ordination problem ......a comprehension problem..... :-\

Now..do you tip lift and jump, float, tip and hop,? ???? videos....would be helpful for my feeble mind.

For me...moderation and cross training provide the best results. I got rid of my wedge turn last year and feel set free? ?:P

But someday when I'm older...i wanna be like you.... ::)?

1- could be a writing issue for me! but i would rather blame you!

2-if you can figure out how to do this without lifting or tipping, you wont have to... but you need to side shuffle (as it may be) so you do need to lift your foot while rolling it in order to move laterally.

3- moderation and training dont mesh!- this is cross-training
