Ron - BTW - it sounds like you have recovered nicely from the injury you had 2 years ago. Good on ya!! Skiing all that powder / 1000 ft untouched lines / and digging out of wells -- I hope your legs aren't sore? ? And yes, I wish I had very sore legs right now from such an ordeal ( jealousy rains down )? But I am smiling and happy for your good fortune.?

Gary has me researching powder skis as I ponder the snowcat option.? I want to rent something that day if I go.

Perry, I skied 7 days straight, took a day off, then snowshoed up the mountain, and then skied 2 more days including the last powder day... My legs aren't sore but very tired for sure. I keep stretching them out as they want to tighten up on me for sure. I am happy to not be skiing this week!!!!
 Demo a pair. depending on the conditions and your comfort level. I can offer some suggestions. Are you comfortable skiing black runs in powder? Bumps, broken crud? What's your weight and height?
