Lynn -- I have to confess that if one were prone to walking the streets, Aspen would probably be the place to do it.

  The District of Columbia has an annual "street sweep" where they clean up DC by rounding up the business girls and make them walk across theb bridge into Virginia.? Sort of an interesting way of removing the problem from DC.? The news media always has pictures on the news that night, and the police always seem to do it in really cold weather.? Seems pretty heartless.
