Hey Gang....we've been very fortunate with snow conditions...findin g pockets of snow in the trees and open glades. THe trails have had great talcom powder snow 1/2 inch to like 2 inches yesterday making for great fun turns... and soft large bumps.....and the crowds have been really down.

So much terrain to explore, Steamboat has something for everyone. Ron is rippn in the deep steep dark trees..me I prefer the open glades where I can link 100 yds of turns. Had a blast rippn' some broken snow runs end of day with the 78's....LOVED that...Lots of bumps in the trees and glades so my bump game has so improved. ...yup....more of John Clendenin "ski in the future" has really seeded itself in me. Now becoming part of every turn erverywhere.

Today is our last day at Steamboat and we had more snow overnight maybe 2-3 inches. Should be a fun day out there....Yesterday was a bit weird with clouds that covered most of the mountain, visability sucked.. but in the glades and trees you had more clariity. Lower mountain was much clearer for rippn turns in the soft snow...wahooo...swe et! Today it doesn't look so clouded in.....hope not...so much more to explore.

Hope you all are enjoing your season thus far...best, G
