FEB 12....? Well we got a good 3-4 yesterday with 1-2 inches predicted last night, well, if you look at the site today it reads 2" for sure but if you were up on the mountain about 9:30, there was a good 4-6", by noon a good 8" and with the past few days of a few inches, knee to mid thigh shots were to be found. It was in the top 3 days of this season for powder for sure. Off the back of Sunshine into Morningside was holding big time, steepish pines,? off the side of Sun dial, it drops down with a few nice rock drops and a decent headwall, it was holding some of the deepest of the day. The trees in wally world are mellow but were so sweet today, consistent boot high lines with blue pitch equal mindless wedeling through beautiful aspens and pines. Effortless and awesome.?

Quote of the day heard in the Rendevous lodge by gaper bob-- "conditions are tough out there, there's too much snow"... ;D ?
