Back in the day, when my wife, the tennis diva, still skied one our favorite vacations was a 2 week trip to Whistler. No pressure to ski long and hard each day, much more relaxed. The modern ski week with flying on both days is hectic and we all tend to push our bodies beyond what is reasonable. So, I'd look for a reason to extend your "business trip".

Montana has all the ski terrain I'd ever need. The village at Whistler was a real plus, how did you find the after ski life at Big Sky?
