I too vote for Essentials.  But it's a pretty close tie with Expert 2.  Book 2 has much more in it that a casual reader will find.  Every word is chosen for a reason, and that reason must be teased out to get the full value of the book.  I'm always surprised how much more I find in book 2 each time I read it.

It sounds like jbotti is going to need another new avatar pretty soon.  I know what 3 days with Diana last week did for my skiing ... just imagine what 6 days with both Diana and Harald will do for him.
