From an MD - what Ron said.  That is pretty much right on.  I would emphasize the stretching and you have to do it every day at least twice and always once you are warmed up.  It can be as simple as standing and making a fist in both hands, locking you elbows and flexing at the wrist and hold for 30-60 sec to get the lateral aspect and then standing again with straight arms, palms uo and fingertips on a wall or golf cart and gently lean in until you feel the stretch for another 60 sec for the medial aspect.

Tincture of time

Advil if needed

Fish oil might help as well as vit D3
