Hey Perry....so good to hear from you...and thank you for the MD advise..nice!

Ok...so I'm golden on the Fish Oil and D....good stuff.

I know the tendonitis healing is a "tincture of time"...and patience is the primary factor.

I am however fortunate that this particular injury does not affect my abilty to type OR play golf....thank goodness for that.

Hope all is well with you and would like to how you ended up your ski season both trips and skill wise.
