Svvend...Ron tells me there's less caffine in espresso so..probably should be my drink of choice when all electronic communication devices are unaccessible, and there is no one within ear shot of me.

Oh Gary, is this FOX news?  NO it doesn't have less Caffiene overall, its that 2 shots of exspresso contain the same caffiene (in general) as a cup of coffee!  Nice try!   So your average cappucino has about the same as a cup of coffee.... NO expresso for you!  Unless the words "DECAF" are part of the equation...
