Republic is a great place and I'm sure Lynn's daughter will love going to school there.? (What a cool Mom Lynn is to support this!)

WELL I THINK SO, but you know this generation. They EXPECT this kind of stuff.

I am teasing a bit. I think its great for young folks to get out and experience a different culture and to hear/see about the US from a different perspective.
My son went to McGill in montreal. Even though it's not that far away, it really gave him a wider appreciation of different cultures and points of view. The student body at the school was VERY international as well, giving the chance to meet lots of diverse folks.

I hope the same for my daughter.

But doubt I will get there to ski. May not get there at all ,to visit as she is only there for the one semester.
