Supposedly we are heading into a La Nina year. Last year was El Nino. El Nino is always a home run for Tahoe and usually less good for the southern Rockies (Rockies in the US). Evidently La Nina is quite good for the Southern Rockies but less great for tahoe (which means more like 400 inches vs 500-600 at Squaw!!). For me in Montana it should be a good season, at least we can all hope so in August!!
