I kinda figured there was an anatomical reference in there somewhere.   :o   Just wasn't sure which bits were being referred to.....

But thank you, the knees are great.  Since I made the changes to seat / cleats / bars, the pain virtually disappeared overnight.  And I have not slacked off on the amount of riding -- on the contrary, it has increased, against the better advice of those here on the forum.  Just having too much fun to not get out there!  The bike is performing great, BTW, since the aforementioned tweaks and the tune-up this weekend.  Had it out on some single track yesterday, and it was a gem.  Love my ride! 

As an aside, I am totally impressed by the tires on my bike -- Bontrager Jones ACX -- grip on roots, rocks, fallen branches, steep angled side-slopes, was amazing.  Ran them at 30psi.....great performance.  But perhaps I should move these comments over to our mtn. bike thread....
