Undone be a sneeze and a hurricane!

Last Sat. I did this great workout routine on the beach. Great morning, clear, warm, calm ocean. 40 minutes into the workout, felt a small tweak in my upperback muscles, so I stopped early. No surprise, in hindsight, as the workouts are more intense than my soft core. For 2 days, had some mild discomfort......the n, I had to sneeze. The "Ah" part went ok, but, the "cho" never happened as my back muscles spasmed. Wow, 15 minutes of torture. Still in recovery, back exercise is shut down for a few more days.

And, my summer home area went under mandatory evacuation, as the eye path of the hurricane is directly overhead. The same great beach I did my workout on will be "Living Hell" for 20 hours starting this evening.  85 mph winds are not fun on a 60 year old house. Signed a contract for a new roof last week, if I did not need one really bad last week, I surly will when the hurricane passes, so at least I have some priority with the roofer. The Jersey shore is a great summer way of life for those on the east coast. It's going to take a beating. JB has earthquakes, Gary has the great NY winter snow, we have all have some weather issue!

The winds will play hell on power in Philly due to large tree conditions, so, expect my next post when you see it. Take care all. Things can be fixed, your health is much more important.
