Climbing for turns is something I've almost never done. OK, out west, I've climbed to access terrain or powder a few times. While I did enjoy the skiing, my sea-level cardio system paid the price and I sucked a lot of wind. During the summer, I can bike for hours and enjoy, but, I can't get my mind interested in taking the time to climb to ski. Perhaps just a case of spending such little time in mountains that I just want to ski while I'm there.

When Josh started posting on Epic, I always admired his photo's of climbing in Utah and his getting on skis when the rest of us were sitting on our butts. There is no doubt in my mind that if I was ever a local, then, it's something I'd love to accomplish. So, I need to add a new item to the bucket list.....spend a day climbing for turns (and do a lot training prior to).

Josh, doing any AT during your Epic East Coast Gathering?
