Gary, good question about what was on the demo.  I don't really remember, but the middle of the ski was hidden so it had some sort of plate on it. Hmmm.  Actually, it was a demo binding, but I don't remember what.

For the binding, we're doing the Tyrolia/Head/Fischer PowerRail.  That's the binding that came on her Progressor 8's, so we can put the same rail on the SkiLogik's and she can have two pair of skis with only one binding.  The PowerRail is lower, wider and lighterthan the Railflex, much easier to remove or adjust the heel and toe pieces, has a wide and a narrow dampener and about 6 different brake widths available.

That's what I have on my Ullr's Chariots -- works just fine. Feels better than the railflex (I think, not sure I'm a good enough skier to feel any difference).
