the chris fellows video was enough to get me to do them 3-4 year ago.

Practicing the dolphin movement while standing still is a start.

the easiest way to take into turn is just to leverage on the back of boot then pull back and drive your shin forward. your delay your COM movement so you can actually transitions faster  I honestly have seen noone else in person besides myself who can actually demo it during a turn.

start by practiving on small bump field and use the bumps to help you get on your tails.

Once you get good at it make it so you can basically speed down and slow down at will, as well as giving a tactical way of clearing 'bad stuff". last week I actually dolphined over a downed log about 2 feet high while skiing tree. There is no way I could merely jump that high.
