Figuring out exactly which muscles to use can take some time and practice. Max stood by one day when it took me a couple of hours until finally figured out how to lift my talils off the ground. Many won't be as challenged as I was but it is definitely a new movement using muscles most skiers rarely use in skiing. Also watch out for a blister on your heel if you get flapper happy!!
