Jim, I think American Classic and Easton have road wheelsets that are tubeless compatible and should be easy to get your hands on. Even though I have no love for Shimano, their road wheelsets are solid.

Hutchinson is basically the only "tubeless" road tire manufacturer. There are a couple of other "brands" but they are rebadged Hutchinson's.

For road hubs, I have had great success with DT swiss. Well made, very light, roll well, bullet proof and quiet freewheels.

Jim (or anyone):
I recently bought a $700 pair of Shimano WH-7900 C24-TL (tubeless) wheels.  The hubs are supposed to be really smooth and easy rolling.  Any thoughts or opinions?

Recommendations on which Hutchinson tire to consider?
