All is well and I am feeling pretty good. I am walking with crtches to support me but I walked .25 miles with my dog 2x Sunday, surgery was Saturday. I had a horizontal tear in the meniscus on the post lateral horn, so I think all is good. The whole surgery took about 20-25 minutes so it couldn't be that bad.  I am calling him today to see if I can start easy on a the stationary recembent bike
