WOW, that's great service. And I buy locally where I can but since all the shops around here suck, it makes no difference. Steep and cheap is actually excellent and does a great job. I just picked an Arc' Teryx Sigma SV jacket that lists for 350 for only $145.00!!! I needed it to replace my 6 y/o arc' shell that i pretty much wore out. It's hard to argue with a deal like that.

Gary doesn't post on Epic but is aware of the rediculous behavior on part of both parties. There is more to the story though.
