Don't know what your height and weight are but it sounds like a great combo. I actually considered the Railflex bindings but since the 82 is pretty much my powder ski, I was thinking the stock mounting was OK....but hey....we all set up differently on skis.

FInding that sweet spot just takes some patience, on snow feel, and the guts for the go ahead and make the change.

Do you see any popping of the metal edge near either of your shovels?
