Uh=oh.? Three holes in one makes it sound like someone flat mounted (or at least started to) bindings on the ski.? Beginning to sound more like shop job to fill the holes and then mount the rails.? Strongly encourage you to stay with the Railflex and not flat mount the bindings.? Gives you a lot more options for playing with balance and also makes it easier for the next person (or your next set of boots) in case the sole length is different.

Just spoke with brother.  He has them mounted.  They did have the rails on and he just popped the bindings on.  Except now I need to call the company.  They were shipped loose!  no wrap, not even connected together.
