I like where you're going.  The sun is more appreciated when there are cloudy days so I think a job is in order.  I'm thiinking I'll run a bakery or maybe a small cafe serving scones and lattes in the morning, soups in the afternoon, and a variety of microbrews and appetizers like hummas with drizzled olive oil and pita points in the late afternoon and evening (for the non-golfers after skiing).
