Oh do I have pictures!  Yes, my surgoen is awesome, he was actaully ling the ab wall further down than normal when he discovred an actual hernia, the term is a direct hernia. It's just above the pubic symphysis. I am feling pretty good, I actuallly have more movement than before and no pain when walking, this is great. I can also feel other leg muscles engaging that weren't before but I never noticed. I am OK to get on recumbent bike tomorrow id I fee up to it.  I will post picts!
