well, if I do return them, i need to decide soon. I flexed along side the Dynastars, these things are marshmallows!? Very soft flexing ski. For some reason I thought they were supposed to be firm boards? Yikes they are soft. ???

Ron.? I'm actually glad to hear you say that. I also thought they flexed softer than my Head i.SL Chips, and that was one of the things that attracted me to them.? Wanted something with the SuperShape construction, bit wider in the waist, and a little bit more adaptable to my skill set by not being as demanding as the original SuperShapes.

You may actually find that these are a pretty good match as your technique has progressed.? What I have been thinking that as I try to "be like Gary" and include more of Clendinin's thinking into my skiing, a bit softer shovel that is still torsionally pretty stiff would allow me to make turns at slower speed and also do trees or bumps better.

Of course, I've never demoed either one so can't really say much other than what I've heard others say.? PatProf RAVES about his Magnums, and he had Nordica Top Fuels and another pretty stiff ski prior to the Magnums. He is an ex-instructor that skis about 5 days per week here in the east, and his Magnums are the first ski in several years that he plans to keep for an extra year.
