Yes, I'm bringing the Spats to BC! I'll also bring the Monster 88's. I'm on the fence about the Worldcup RC or possibly even my son's RX8's. I'm even considering demoing a few firm snow skis if a good demo shop exists. I'll decide based on weather just before leaving.

I have a 4th ski in the quiver; I purchased a Dynastar Inspired by Nobis (A.K.A. the 8800) in a 188cm. The price was right and if I ski with my son later this winter he'll get the Monsters while I ride the Inspired.

The Spats in Wisconsin  . I'd like to see how they handle on firm snow. I think they will be great in powder but I need to feel competent on some good old Wisconsin man-made. If I can get to the bottom on milled ice, I'll be all set in BC.

Food, I'm good with almost anything. I lost a few Lbs on my last couple ski trips, and that's a good thing  .
