Phil, I know many people that ski in race boots everyday and would never go to anything else. I am definitely not the exception to the rule. In fact a large number of PSIA instructors that I know ski in 150 flex boots while they teach. I really do think it comes down to preference. Now that I have mine dialed in, I wouldn't go in a different direction. It is great that both of us have found boots that really work for us.
