Another thing I wanted to mention about Snowbasin, is that it wasn't overly expensive -- either for the lift tickets or the food.  A filling, hearty lunch for the two of us never cost more than $16, plus a couple of bucks for an espresso chaser  ;D.  Lift tickets were $63 at the wicket, but you could get them for $52 in SLC at a couple of ski shops there.  Very reasonable, and we didn't ever feel gouged.  Nice....
