Two things wrong with that statement:
#1 -Lola would never let that happen.? I'm sure you've heard the play by play on Phil selling the family car.? I'm sure you are also aware that Eddie is not a car, he's a family member.
#2 - What makes you think Phil doesn't have those skis already?



1#- Good points regarding Eddie but I think gil could argue that though the purchase and subsequnet sales of said skis. he Could make enough for Eddie Jr ????? :)
2#- False premise, you are assuming that if he did already have them, he wouldn't want more :)
