I can't comment n the Raptor LTD, but I ski the Raptor 130 boots. While I think that ski boots are more about fitting to an individual foot, I will say that the snow feel and edging ability of these boots is very high, and they are way more responsive and sensiitive than the old Head race boots the black RD and RS 96's (which were quite powerful but more like tanks). As well, the Raptors do have a much more anantomical design and I have had to do much less grinding in them than in the old head race boots. Lastly for a race boot, on off ease is pretty high on these, though no where as easy as a more recreational boot (less of a factor for you in the LTD).

It appears that it is the same boot as the Raptor Supershape RS, they both have the same flex, the same last and it appears that the only difference is that they come in different colors.
