Summer fitness has been on the back burner for the most part because the weather has been Crap!
Goal, ride mt bike at least three times a week, and golf(walk) at least twice a week.  I've added jump rope and agility ladder exercises to my routine, but I need out door activity to keep my interest.

To keep the stoke, I've watched some movies like Hot Dog and Ski School(thanks for that Ron) and I've been watching some video of SkiClinics in Portillo.

I think I should get some of the video taken of me last year and analyze my form (or lack thereof) to see what I can work on for 09-10 season.

I have been promised that jump rope and agility ladder exercises will improve quick feet in the bumps


Sometimes you just need to let your Bad Self ski!!
