basic program is 3 sessions per week plus one core training session. so each wednesday will be painful as its a core class at 6am and then I go back at 11:30 for regular session.  The goal is to cut 5 pounds of fat and replace with 5 pounds of muscle. I am currently at 13.6% body fat so I don't need to really cut weight. The sessions will consists of 20 minutes plyometrics- which are explosive, quick musle and cardio traingi followed by 40 minutes of weight trainging with the emphasis on ski fitness, Going for those Arnold Quads!
