The goal is to cut 5 pounds of fat and replace with 5 pounds of muscle. I am currently at 13.6% body fat so I don't need to really cut weight. The sessions will consists of 20 minutes plyometrics- which are explosive, quick musle and cardio traingi followed by 40 minutes of weight trainging with the emphasis on ski fitness, Going for those Arnold Quads!?

I think you would really like to say Harald Quads as he's cut! So just give it up for HH.  ;D
