Day 3- 6 AM core class, hour session 10 stations varying from front, side (obliques) lower and upper abs. Did better this time, right ab and leg are feeling much stronger/improved. I think those trouble areas were just in need of a good workout. even though you think you are getting a good workout skiing, its really not enough or comprehensive.

11:30- workout pending...
