Hi all,

Just an update on the end of season down under. Ruapehu Alpine Lifts (RAL) have closed both Whakapapa & Turoa today after a stunning season.
We were there Thursday (bright burning hot sunshine) & Friday (sunny and strong winds) and came home very tired.

As an update on ski testing, I spent all Friday on a pair of Metron B5s @ 162.
After the sun hit the icy slopes, and I started to enjoy the snow again, these skis are great.
Everything in Peter's reviews about them is true.

Planning a trip North to Colorado, probably Aspen early in the New Year, so I'll be the away team.
