Ron couldn't wait to get to DD....I mean it was pull over here...there.....ge t in the drive-up and order.

He was a man on a mission. So Svend, Ron just might be posing and a gaper boy about his infatuation with coffee machines...

I was there....and this picture tells a lot....Glenn.....yo u have been vindicated!

No, I had the winner. There was a "Red,white and Blue" coffee I tried from AM/PM, I thought it might have been an american bean..Not the case...The Blue was Blueberry...yes...b lueberry flavored coffee. I took a big swig, and unfortunately, I was between shifts in the Miata, so I couldn't even spit it back out..I had to swallow it.

THAT was the crappiest coffee.

Two things I hate, sweet, flowered up, coffee or sweet, spiced up tea.  I lived in Africa for a year and drank good tea 3-4 times a day.  People try to make chai and put 16 overly sweet things in there and ruin the whole thing; and yes I spit it out the first few and last times I wasted my money on the hope of getting something that resembles chai.

For real chai,
1) buy good tea - P G tips is a good and reasonably priced tea that you can now get here in the states (#1 tea in England I think)
2) Add a small amount of brown or turbinato sugar 1tsp per cup is enough for me
3) Small amount of ginger - in Kenya I had it often with fresh ginger root although it is usually served just with sugar.
4) even less cinnamon
5) Make the tea with a quarter to half and half milk to water - this is how they do it in Africa - in part to "pasteurize" the milk and prevent disease.  This is a major no-no in Great Britain.

No vanilla, nutmeg, hazelnut, etc for me

Phil, that sounds utterly disgusting!!!!!

Perry, I will have to try that chia recipe. My wife and I enjoy Chia but it's usually way too sweet. Thanks

Enjoying a nice Cappi this AM from my delonghi looking up Mt. Werner while it's snowing. My wife is here, the tree's up... bring on the Nomads!

A friend served me Blueberry crumble coffee one time. ugh that tasted terrible!
I like a nutty flavoured coffee but not the spicy or sweet kinds.
The best is a good cup of coffee with a nice shot of Baileys.  Yum!

We have all sorts of flavored coffee at the office. We have those Krueg (sp?) single brew k cup things. We always have some "interesting" flavors. I tried the eggnog flavor...not good. A coworker tried the blueberry this past summer. It smells good, but he said it tasted horrible. It's all green mountain coffee and the regular flavors are good.
