I am reasonably sure that I am correct (within 30 min or so) and that google is wrong on this one. I do know that JH is only 3:30 max from YC. I pulled what googls says and they created a route through Yellowstone park. While this may be the shortest # of miles, it is definitely not the fastest way to get from Big Sky to JH (mainly because the 50 mph speed limit is strictly enforced in the park). If you come down through Idaho it is faster and as you come along Rt 22 past Driggs you come past GrandTarghee about 30 minutes before you get to JH.

I have never done the drive, but friends of mine have and I have been told 3:14-3:30 from JH to Big Sky through Idaho.
