I had the experience of skiing Revelstoke 2 years ago.  I am an expert skier, 67 years old and I have skied 42 resorts in Western states and B.C.  Revelstoke may be my least favorite resort.  It is VERY steep with very long runs interupted with crossing roads.  Where these roads cross the young hot skiers hit them at high speed and launch air.  Again, I am an expert skier but I was not comfortable there and yes my age may have something to do with this feeling.
