How does this site differ from Epic? Tighter moderation? Open discussion of any ski system? What makes this site special?

I like to think looser moderation. You can talk any ski system you want.
Moderation is based on keeping things civil.
No personal attacks.

This is a smaller, more intimate forum than Epic, but for any forum to thrive there has to be some diversity and growth.
While most here are PMTS oriented learners, anyone is welcome to join.

I think RealSkiers has a niche because of the thoughtful conversation that occurs.
There is a maturity on this site that keeps subjects in perspective, even when opinions diverge.
And enough immaturity to keep it fun.

And it would be great to keep it alive as its original function; as a consumer based ski review site.
