Hey Jim, what bindings where you and Lynn thinking of? There are some classy looking ones out there now, that should go nicely.  Clean, sleek, not clunky and obtrusive.  Something with separate heel and toe so as not to hide the nice wood? Look makes a nice one in brown colour that might go well with the wood of the skis....?

EDIT:  sorry, just remembered -- I think you mentioned a while back that you were going with a Railflex......corre ct?
