Yes, it has had its moments in the past couple of weeks, Micheal, you have missed some good stuff!

Elk tenrloins, Yes, sir/mam. We will certainly have them if I can get them, I may be able to have my friend Jon get some an stick them in the freezer for us. Elk season starts soon....

If we can't get Elk, I will overnight Buffalo fillets from our local farm here.

Either way, here is the dinner menu:

elk/buffalo tenderloin, dusted in coffee/cumin/allspice/salt
Grilled to medium rare (no more!)
Topped with a dried cherry and port reduction
Grilled veggie (preferably grilled asparagus)
Mashed garlic organic potatoes

A very nice cab or cab merlot blend. Possibly a nice Malbec.

Dessert: cheese platter with port.
