I hate to say this but living here in Northwest NJ, I don't even really care how the season shakes out for this area. It hasn't been good in many years and all my skiing that counts is done eslewhere. Our weather has changed so much in the past 10 years; its pretty dramatic. I don't even think the slopes around here have anything decent to slide on unitl mid to late December. Fortunately, there aren't any good places anyway that are nearby. Gary is so lucky, he's got Bristol 45 minutes out and Holiday Valley/Holimont about 2. Bristol does a great job for thier size. I am hoping they have a few runs open around thanksgiving, I plan to run up there and make some turns with Guru himself.
