Hey Gary,

She skis mostly in the East -- Blue Mountain, Lake Placid, Quebec.  She's out at least once per week at Blue Mtn., sometimes more.  We go out West (Utah, Canadian Rockies) at least once per year, for about 10 days on the slopes out there total (more if we can swing it).  Last season she probably got 30 to 40 days in total -- East and West combined.  Groomed runs only, although with the right skis she would probably be tempted by some bowls in the Rockies.  Skis all blues and blacks, but no bumps.  Steep stuff is no sweat -- the SS Speeds grip like demons on hard pack and ice.  She loves to ski fast, but as I said above, she wants some easy-going skis to go out with the kids, but that are still stable at speed and can rip when needed.

Is there anything else you need to know? Colour preferences I'll leave to you to recommend.  You being a man of great flair and panache and Mediterranean sensibilities, I'm sure you'll suggest something in a lovely shade of orange or perhaps with an ochre hue.... ; 8)

Cheers,

Svend
