Gary - I'll pay attention to what my body is telling me.  You are absolutely right about the hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.  The good news is that they pushed me to 15.3 mets.  That is more than I would ever push myself skiing unless I tried to ski above 15,000 ft.......not planning on that.  Even then, off medicine, I didn't do anything life threatening. 

Svend - you know that scene in the movie - Independence Day - when the father says something about having a cold and the son (Goldblum) says "that's it!"  I have been having some reflux and I did a search and I think that what I have may be associated with the reflux.  I started taking some Nexium and will see what my Cardiac Electrophysiologist friend thinks.  Will still take my meds in Colorado, but an interesting connection.  I discovered my problem eating ice cream on two successive occasions - hummmm.  I'll let you know if anything turns up.
