Jim, you're the Man! Year 'round mountain biking -- what a blast.  Spiked tires for the bikes, or snow chains.  Imagine doing the Strawberry Bowl at Snowbasin on a mountain bike.  Yeehaw!

Actually, Utah has got to be a great place for mtn. biking.  The area in the southern part that you and Lynn visited this winter, especially.  Must be some amazing trails down there.
