WELCOME PHILPUG
« on: August 20, 2008, 07:02:22 am »
Hey gang, Philpug is Phil who is joining us in Steamboat. Phil is a moderator over at Epic and I think you will find that he is a wealth of knowledge having been deeply involved in the ski industry for many years. Phil is currently working with Hart skis. If there is any binding or ski that you have question about that was relased since 1960, He can tell you about it!

See Lyn? the sad part is, he's not lying!  ??? ::)  There's nothing he can't ski so having him as a mountain guide is really worth putting up with him!

Phil, do you have the picture of you with the buffalo horns to post?  classic.......

Too funny, yes that's me, Lyn, Greg and Glenn too.

This picture was taken at my place with Phil standing in front of the buffalo head! You will see it's quite appropriate..

Oh just when I thought sleeping dogs lie.....

May I remind you they were indeed not your skis, they were rentals which one is free to do what one needs to to make ones day more pleasant and memorable.

AND....if peeing on 2 feet of snow made my day more pleasureable...then it's good for me.

The fact that you found a clump of yellow snow on your skis was only a true testament in how much I was enjoying the day. A good friend would be so happy to know that some how he assisted in providing the tools to achieve such happiness.

Now....take 10 paces turn and fire!  8)

Phil:

Welcome.  However, as someone who falls a lot and often drags others down with him, I would appreciate it if you would leave the buffalo horns at Ron's place.  The thought of being out of control and unable to stop and running into those horns is a bit intimidating.

Jim

PS.  Careful, you almost dragged that other conflict over here.  Shame on you.
